As you might know it's very time expensive to create a theme for e17. Enlightenment allows to mix themes and also to create themes for single parts of e - like borders. GET-E.org does now have a new section for these border themes. The theme files do only theme the borders, so you need to select them in the advanced theme dialog and assign them to the theme category 'borders'. As a first start
