Enlightenment DR 17 is a next-generation window manager for UNIX operating systems. It is currently in a pre-alpha stage and is under heavy development. A fairly large community already uses the development version from CVS on a daily basis though. Note that E17 is not officially supported at this stage, but people are free to try it out of course, but the standard disclaimers for pre-alpha software apply.

We're trying to keep all content up to date, but sometimes we may not be able to keep up with the E17 development - some content may be outdated every now and then. Please take a look around and enjoy the stay.

New animated Background and Evolume Theme - Brian 'morlenxus' Miculcy [All my articles] (Mon, 12 Dec 2005 23:28:52 +0000)

We have a new animated background, featuring a nice winter landscape. It fades from color to monocrome and back. Thanks to Wilhelm 'leftalone' Gabriel.
The Evolume theme was created by vkojouharov. It should fit perfectly to the blue eyed theme. Thanks also to him.

As you probably noticed, get-e.org is active like never before. This is the result of the great work of the maintainers of get-e - even the people behind the front. For example the guide translators which do a very hard job, the faq maintainer and the xsm content managment coder.
But this can't exist without the contributions of the users - so thank you all for doing such a good job.

Need to get some sleep now...
