Now there is a new ETK based gui configuration application for e17, created by
VVeIrD: Econf. It is featuring many options:
- loading/unload/activating modules
- changing display settings like edge flip and framerate
- changing menu settings like slide in effects
- different window settings like border shade speed
- focus settings
- winlist settings like position and size

You need ETK installed to use this configuration application.
This is still a release candidate, so if you find bugs, report them to the author.
