All of these themes do only work with the current development version. These themes may have bugs that aren't present in the default theme, and some features that work in the default theme may not work in these themes. To use E17 border themes, just copy them to ~/.e/e/themes, open the advanced theme dialog and assign your favorite border theme to the theme category 'borders'.
If you notice something uncommon, please first compare using the default theme!
